Training

The training and information of staff at all levels is a company asset
to be created, developed and maintained over time within each company.
It is an element of involvement, growth and consolidation of the efficiency and effectiveness of each organization in its market.

In 2022 FRIEST takes over the ECO86 Group
Specialized teachers with over 25 years of experience acquired on the field in matter of health and safety at work.
Friest’s objective is to make the training and information of workers an essential condition for true prevention supported by real knowledge of the specific risks present in each individual activity.

Our courses

General

General training course for male and female workers on basic knowledge for the protection of safety and health in the workplace, for all risk sectors, in compliance with the State-Regional Agreements of 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and the article 37 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.

The general training must be completed with the specific training part (based on the ATECO sector of competence of the company)

Specific (Low, Medium, High Risk)

Specific training course for male and female workers on the protection of health and safety at work.

Course in accordance with the State-Regions Agreements of 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and article 37 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.

Supervisors

Course aimed at training supervisors on basic knowledge of health and safety at work in application of the legislation with particular reference to the innovations contained in Legislative Decree 81/2008. Above all, the course highlights the tasks and responsibilities of the person in charge within the safety management system.

Supervisors Update

Course aimed at Supervisors who have already received training and must carry out the five-year refresher course, in compliance with the State-Regions Agreements of 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and article 37 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.

Managers

Course aimed at managers, as identified and defined by article 2 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.

It is a basic training course for managers on health and safety at work for all risk sectors in compliance with the State-Regions Agreements of 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and article 37 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.

RLS

Course intended for workers who intend to carry out the role of Workers’ Safety Representative.

The course provides workers who intend to carry out the role of RLS with basic knowledge on safety and health in the workplace in application of current legislation.

RLS Update

Refresher course for RLS in companies that employ from 15 to 50 or 50 workers in compliance with article 37 co. 11 of the Legislative Decree. 81/08.

The update is aimed at RLS who have already attended the basic course.

First aid workers (type A, B and C companies)

Course aimed at those who have been designated by the Employer as emergency management personnel for first aid pursuant to Ministerial Decree 388/2003.

Firefighters (Level 1, 2 and 3 Activities)

Course aimed at workers who have been designated by the Employer as responsible for emergency management for fire prevention and evacuation.

The duration varies depending on the type of course to be taken, differentiating between level 1 firefighting course (low risk) (4h), level 2 firefighting course (medium risk) (8h) and level 3 firefighting course (high risk) (16h)

Course aimed at those who have been designated by the Employer as emergency management personnel for fire prevention and evacuation and who need to update their training.

Food handlers

Course that addresses the principles of hygiene and food safety pursuant to European Regulation (EC) 852/2004, in force in all European Union countries.

The course is aimed at workers in medium-risk food activities that involve the handling of perishable and non-perishable foods, in the storage, production, preparation, cooking (finding packaged products) or just administration/sale phases.

Course aimed at staff who need to update basic HACCP training.

The course is aimed at satisfying the initial and periodic training obligation imposed by the reference legislation (L.R. 33 of 2009 and Regulation 852/2004/EC).

Course with the aim of encouraging the intervention of non-healthcare personnel when an emergency occurs.
